Hello all! First let me start off with my specs.
AMD fx 8350
RX 480 8gb
16 gb ddr3 ram

Okay, so today was a rough ride for myself. So i decided to play ARK today after downloading it the night before. I hop on and try to join a server, my computer completely freezes and nothing moves. I turn it off and try to turn it on. Once i turned it on there was the message saying "Getting windows read, dont turn off the computer". After 30 minutes i turned it off, unplugged it and decided to clean the insides. I got finished, plugged it in turned it on and boom same message still. I waited for about an hour and decided to contact microsoft support. The lady sends me intructions to fix it but i couldnt preform them because they werent the correct instructions. So i contact again after another hour and they guy tells me to turn it off and on again about 3-5 times. I do that, and then i reset my pc to a recent backup. So now we are to the point of right now, after all that Sh*t happens i am here trying to play pubg and rainbow six siege. I hop onto pubg first and i see that i am getting 5-10 fps in the main menu (usually get about 70-80). Thought it was the game so i go to r6s and same issue, run it at about 5-10 fps. I am not sure why this is happening to me, is there a way i could find out? Is it software or hardware? If you would like more info i will be glad to give it!

So i did this, via battery, and no change. Still running at 5-10 fps. Could i have damaged something? Everything else runs well but i have noticed it a tad slower than before.

Okay, so I factory reset, still same problem, checked the temps they are in a good range. BUT I ran 3d mark time spy and my graphics card got an abnormally low score for what it is. Roughly 1.6 fps and, if I remember correctly, a 309 overall score. I think my graphics card may be broken some way...
