Hello community

My build:
Phanteks p400s elite
Asus chrosshair VI WiFi motherboad
Amd ryzen 1700
Fractial design 360 aio
GTX 1080
750watt PSU evga
16 GB 3000mhz Corsair ram
256 GB SSD
1tb hdd

My problem:

So it All started when i had to move my PC ( 3 m ), littrealy from table to table. I started the pc, "didnt boot". I could press delete to go to BIOS, but sooner or later it would shut down. Anyway spend some time researching, ( yes fixed the problem). What i did is i reseted my BIOS, and it booted ! So into BIOS i went, i Immediately noticed the temp was hitting 95 and rising! So turned clock speed down to 3000 MHz and voltage to 1.25. still hitting 95 + ( idle and in BIOS ). I now have changed the thermal paste. Did not Work? I am so confused. I really need to get this fixed.

I have tried looking for anyone with simular problem, but i simply failed.
The build was build around 5-6 months ago
