Motherboard help BIOS updating

I recently have bought a new cpu(i7-4790) and I have found out that it isn't working well and a reason behind that from the seller I bought it from said that my motherboard needs a bios update, I need help finding a link or where to go for this bios update, my mother board is a AsRock B85M-ITX.

Search for AsRock B85M-ITX in Google. Go to the site get the update. Unzip it

Ok I have found the website and there are many methods, Instant Flash, DOS, Windows®, and more Instant Flashes, which one should I do?

Read the manual to see which is the easiest. I dont have an Asrock mobo. I use ASUS mobos

I don't see the bios part of it, would you they should all work or would it be specific?

The Windows BIOS update would be the easiest.
