Need help figuring out what i need to upgrade?

I have AMD Phenom II x945 with stock heatsink
Msi 970 Gaming mobo
2x4 PNY Xlr8 ram ddr3 1866
PNY Geforce GT 730
rosewill 80 blus bronze 550w psu
WD 500gb sata3
seagate baracuda 750gb sata3 hdd both of em no solid state

dell 22inch 60hz 1680x1050

gateway 22inch 76hz 1680x1
i have 150$ right now to spend on ebay or newegg, was just wondering what would be the best upgrade for me tonight?

Grab a FX 6XXX or FX 8XXX chip.. 6300 you can find on ebay for around $50 and a 8320 for around $80 you will also need a decent Cooler like a Hyper 212 Evo to do a little overclocking. Use the R9 390 if it will work combined that should be a decently noticeable upgrade over a stock 945 and a 730 GT.

The Phenom is limiting your RAM speed to 1333 moving to a FX will allow the full use of the RAM as well.

Another option would be to look for a I5 2500K and a Motherboard it's possible to find both for $150 that would also be faster.

From there start saving your money because moving to a current platform "CPU,MB,RAM" is going to start around $450 plus $49 for a faster Main drive or $89 for a SSD.

ok i have been looking at the these 2 monitors i have crosseyed for hours trying to figure this out, i can spend a little more money if i have to, what would that change, saying like 50 to 60 more

actually on newegg looking at psu and the tier list, i want to think the r9 390 is ok, but i dont know if the rosewill psu can handle it, i just dont know lol i have searched and searched and thats what i come up with for the r9 390, its one line vertical green and pink then i go up resolution its all over thats with microoft drivers and r9 390 drivers, i assume its artifacting and cant be fixed
