Simple Question: nh-d14, Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi, Cryorig H5 Ultimate, or any water cooler/air cooler below $80 for a 4.5 ghz (possibly 5) overclock on a i5 7600k

Noctua is probably the best of your choices, they are excellent for cooling and the fans are quiet. You could get an AIO water cooler if you wanted it but it wont give you any better cooling.
