Can I mix 1.35v DDR3L with 1.5v DDR3?

So I dusted off a single 8GB DDR3L stick, which is manufactured by Kingston (KVR16LN11/8), and decided that my PC could use that extra memory. Documentation on my motherboard (H81M) states that it supports DDR3L.

Right now I got 2 matching sticks of DDR3 (Corsair Vengeance) that totals to 8GB, so I can take one stick off for the 8GB, which makes it 12GB, and still running at dual channel (1600MHz).

Further search online shows that DDR3L apparently runs in 'dual volt', meaning it can operate at either 1.35v or 1.5v, but I needed clear clarification.

My question is: Is it safe to run this 8GB DDR3L stick with the other DDR3 stick? Will this fry anything, or not?

Sorry for the mediocre english, let me know if you need me to elaborate.

If dual voltage, yes it will do 1.35/1.5, but not normally a good idea to mix different dimms, I would stick to 8GB dual channel mode, rather than 12GB in single channel. 8GB should be more than enough for most people unless your an extreme gamer and video/graphics guru.

Well I have 2 sticks, so it's running dual channel, as evidenced by the BIOS report and CPU-Z: https://imgur.com/a/EX1dY

I tend to do a lot of multitasking and I play some demanding games from 2015-2017.
