Strange Flickering problem with new Ryzen build

I just upgraded my computer to ryzen. and facing strange flickering problem as in this video just after running it 1 hour:

Following are specs of my PC.

1. Ryzen 1700x
2. Motherboard Asus Prime B350-Plus
3. RAM: Corsair Vengence LED 2*8GB 3200 MHZ.
4. thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Pro Red.

I have checked both PSU and GPU, replaced both for trouble shooting but same result.I have cleared Bios, same result.

I tried it to bread board assembly, same result. I am really frustrated, please help me.

It's difficult to troubleshoot issues like that with no access to the hardware. Can you use a different GPU? Any compatible old GPU is fine. You could also try booting in safe mode (press F8 as soon as POST completes).

I changed my display cable from DVI to VGA, now pc starts and pass through POST and load windows but as soon as i enter password to log in Windows 10, it freeze/Hang at welcome screen :(
