Hello,

I'm searching for someone with the knowledge to make a list of pc parts I can order and then build. I'm Pretty bad at that so That’s Why I'm asking. I live in the Netherlands so it would be nice for someone to make the build with components I can order around my area. That means no components which need to be roderend from Newegg or Amazon.com rather Alternate.nl or Tweakers.nl . Thanks!

Made a list on tweakers,

would get a used gpu with that like the next,
https://tweakers.net/aanbod/1504693/sapphire-r9-270x-2gb-gddr5-oc-dual-x-boost.html
still a decent card.Pusshes you over budget, but at least some decent parts, case is just what it is and you are welcome to look for something else, but it at least comes with two fans so hopefully some decent airflow.
A cheaper case,

Other option would be something like this, but it has probably it's limitations,

647 us dollars are approx 510 euros. This is a balanced build with the capable ryzen 3,in which you can overclock with the stock cooler.A quality psu as well as a pretty good case for 50 bucks. Search for benchamrks in youtube but im pretty sure you can run all AAA titles with low-med settings at 60 fps.(older titles and older games med-high) and esports games like csgo and lol over 200 fps on ultra. Hope i helped,be sure to check benchmarks, like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHrku_94XJg

With Windows 10 it gets a lot more expensive. Is there any other option? Update: In Europe this is also 650 euros so this is impossible for my budget.

74 Euros Over but well worth. Price is from Germany as it has the best prices. If you do not mind a Watermark in the bottom right of the skin, you can download Windows from the Microsoft and not activate it.

Don't know what psu is in it,nor what motherboard used,it does come with an ssd included which is nice. It then again comes without a gpu so that has to be added as well and the psu might not support something like the R9 above so the next 750 ti might just have to do,

Am not sure if it is still available via that shop or how support is working so you have to check yourself.

Found another option which is this,
