I just recently moved my wife's PC components from her old case, to a new case. I had changed almost nothing other than new wiring to the motherboard for the new case. As far as I am aware nothing should of changed but now, whenever I try to boot the HDD with windows on it, nothing happens except an underscore ( _ ) appears on the screen moves to the middle of a black screen. After that it goes straight back to BIOS and I can't figure out why.
Motherboard Model: ASUS Z87-A Motherboard.

UPDATE!
Okay after further investigation we have discovered the HDD with windows seems to be at some kind of fault. I plugged in another HDD with windows as a temporary solution.
The HDD shows as being plugged in, but we can't access the data within it.
Any help would be appreciated.
