Which Graphics Card should I get?

Hi everyone! I am looking for a good graphics card for my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/vwd3f8

The graphics card in question needs to handle Payday 2 and other first person shooters at very high/ultra settings at a consistent 60 FPS or higher.

My monitor is 1080p @ 60hz, but I could be upgrading to 120 or 144hz, however it’s not a necessity for the graphics card to fit the requirements at that.

I was looking at the 1060 6GB or the RX 570 or 580, but I’m not sure. Would the 1050TI be any good, or is the 1060/570/580 be worth the extra money?

My budget is £900 max for the entire build, so about £300 max for the graphics card.

This is my first PC build, so any other advice for the build would be appreciated.

Also, please note that I may not be building this until the end of the year, so that may affect things.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I think the 1070 is out of my budget at this current time (thanks, crypto-miners!) so I am probably gonna go for the 1060 6GB or RX580.

Solution
Gtx 1070 if you have the budget, RX580 or GTX 1060 if need to lower budget. Is gaming your only usage? Plan to stream? I recommend you wait another 2 months if you can, Zen 2 is releasing March
Here you go, made a few changes, put in the graphics card and changed the PSU to a good one, still under you budget.
