My new built computer with components:
Intel 8700k
asus strix z370-F
ddr4 vengance 3000mhz
Asus Oc 1080ti
Corsair TX750M
Everything have been reinstalled correctly by me and by friends that double checked it.
Tried a new motherboard, and had the same problem.
When i boot it the CPU led blink Red and goes over to Dram led orange fpr a few seconds. and then it starts with the same procedure again.
tried all parts in another computer and they work.
But i have not tried with another PSU yet.
could that be broken when it is new?

if i boot without the extra power 8pin for CPU the leds never lighten up.
what is wrong?
