Hey guys, so I just got a brand new front case fan. The CM MasterFan Pro - Air Pressure and I just set it up in my fairly new PC and noticed a slight humming sound.
I took it out without turning off my PC, I thought maybe I tightened the screws a bit too much, however when I took it out it continued the slight humm....
It's kind of annoying when i'm using the computer and I don't want to take the fan back to the store
( I bought it online ).
Can somebody tell me what may be making the humming sound and if there is a way I can manually fix it? I really doubt it's just wind, although it sounds exactly like it's a bit windy outside and there are gusts of wind hitting a structure from time to time. - imagine it in small scale
