Found 2 system for the same price and im planning to buy it so which of these one is overall better
I5 2400
4GB Ram
GTX 660

Or

A8 7600
8GB Ram
Rx 460

The first system is better but you'll want to upgrade that RAM to 8gb ASAP as 4gb is really not enough nowadays.

They are practically equal maybe like a 5-10% differ is this true?

Yea the performance of the GPUs is similar but the Intel is much better for gaming. Userbenchmark is good for comparing parts.
