So I heard that using system ram for a GPU would slow your GPU down, but if you don’t have a GPU, which in my case R7 integrated graphics on an A12-9800 APU, would it make a huge drag or would it help? Thanks for any help, and if this is possible how Can I do it?

Solution
VRAM is type of physical memory used in graphic cards only, in newest cards it's DDR5. In APU systems, some DDR (in your case it should be DDR4) is allocated to GPU part in the processor and Shared memory is shared between GPU and system as needed.

I think you are mistaken, in my bios I've set it to share no system memory, yet when I open up Call Of Duty: WWII it shows as having 1GB of GPU Ram. I went back into BIOS and set it to share 1GB, now the game shows 1877/945 MB being used, I went back and set it to share 3.5GB, but now it still says 1877/945 MB, I opened up task manager and see that under GPU, the full dedicated 1GB is in use but under the 3.5GB Shared memory it is 0.0/3.5 GB. So I guess I solved my issue but a new was arises, how do I use the new 3.5gb shared memory?
