I'm looking to get the MSI Aero ITX 1050 Ti 4GB OC.

Current GPU: GT610
Processor: i5-3330S
OS: Win 7 64-bit Home Premium
RAM: 4GB
DirectX 11.0

Solution
I still say yes , asrock have purposefully missed a pci express slot directly below the full length one for this purpose

Look on the back of your case atvthe pci ecpress brackets , the one inline with the blue gpu slot will be empty , the one underneath will be empty, ypur wireless card (or whatever it is will be on the 3rd one down)

If you have doubts get a measurimg tape & measure from the top wage of the wirelesa card thats In there to the centre of the gpu slot

The aero is 37mm deep , as long as you have at leaat that you are fine.

Im sorry but I still dont quite understand. The bracket on the gtx is twice the width of the one I'm using. https://imgur.com/a/wWtnv
This is my first time handling computer parts so I apologize if I'm not understanding anything simple.

Yes it is & from your picture (assuming thats your actual pc) of the back of the pc.

The top slot is your current gpu , the next slot down is unused, the 3rd down is your half length card.

The 1050ti will occupy that top slot currently used & the next one down that is unused.

Physically it will fit no issue at all , there will likely be a 10mm gap between the gpu fan & your half length pci x 1 card - not ideal but perfectly acceptable.

Oh I get it now so I simply pop the 2nd slot out and fit in so the ports are visible on one slot and the vents on the other? If so, does that mean the end result will look like this? : https://imgur.com/a/CnRAJ
The pink area represents the GTX and the red represents my already present PCI card
