After I updated my windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit, my computer worked smoothly and perfectly fine. However i couldn't play games on it after the update since 0xc00007b error keeps popping up. So i asked my friend and he helped installed a Driver Pack solutions into my computer. From then the frequent freezing problems started. For eg. When opening windows or when i open task manager when an error occurs or after i quit an application. But on the bright side, i could finally play the games on my laptop again. I tried anti virus softwares and uninstalled the driver pack solution application but it does not solve the freezing problem. What should i do?

Never load free software from the internet...
Especially if it claims to "fix problems."

Load ONLY original drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Never load "free" security, either. Use a professional antivirus.

Back up ALL files. Reformat the drive. Load 64 bit from scratch.
There is a conflict between 32 bit and 64 bit system.

You cannot upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit.
It MUST be a clean install from scratch.
