Asus Router RT-AC5300: Cant Port-Forward

I recently received a new router from Christmas, pretty exited about it but i'm running into some problems.

Our previous router was an old airport extreme but that has disconnected from the system entirely. The new router can connect to the internet but it when ever i attempt to port-forward it just doesn't work. I looked around for the past week but i cant seem to find a good answer. I have installed the newest version of Merlin for the router but that didn't change much.

My modem is currently hooked up into a Nat bridged mode and i don't believe my ISP is blocking anything, i believe the problem is entirely within the router because it worked fine on my old Airport Extreme

My two ports are for a small games called Risk of rain and Minecraft, both fail to work.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

So you want to host a Minecraft Server?
  2. Yes, But the problem seems to persist to all of the ports. Minecraft is just the one I desire.

So you have access to the correct port forwarding page.
I have done this before on my router.
Are you using a custom ip. For example like: hypergames. com Or you gonna use number ip.
