So im wondering, is there a certain cap you can hit for a processor? Like say you have the best cooling in the world, can you go to for example 10GHz? Like I know people can get up to 8GHz with liquid nitrogen but im saying, whats the max, if there is any. Like could I for example set my processor to like 20GHz at the max volts. Im kinda curious, I obviously wont try if I can but still.
