Low Fps, Good Specs

okay so i have

EVGA GTX 950 SC+
AMD FX-8320
8gb DDR3 RAM
MSI 970 Gaming motherboard

I play a lot of H1Z1 and i only get around 20fps on lowest settings, i've tried evrything, Unparking cores, using ccleaner, msi afterburner to overclock my gpu, using razer cortex... i have tried watching video after video of how to boost my fps, nothing has worked, please help.

The 8gb of ram is alright but the 950 mabye not so much, a GTX 1050 ti or 1060 3gb will be a good upgrade.
The 8320 is a ok CPU, should be good enough for most games of paired with a good gpu

Whats the PSU. And make sure you have installed the current GPU drivers from nividia

I have a 600w corsair vs series and all newest drivers are installed

will my cpu bottleneck a 1060 or 1050 ti?
