Hello i have a mid 2014 Build. Recently i have started having problems while playing games In lighter games like cs and others the screen would glitch out for 2 seconds or so and then come back on and process repeats. In other heavier games the game would simply crash. Sometimes i have the graphic driver had crashed and recovered error too.
I have already done a clean install of Windows 10 and reinstalled the latest drivers also tried older build but to no avail. some days it goes away some times it is really bad.
after researching on the web for a while i think its my GPU which is dying i tried to clean it and all but no luck. Its getting worse day by day.
My Build is as follows
i7 4770K
Z87X UD3H
16GB Ram
GTX 760 OC Edition( I have tried under clocking but no luck)
Corsair HX 650W
Samsung EVO 256 GB SSD
Seagate 1TB
Just wanted to confirm if all the symptoms are of GPU or some other components.
Also if its my GPU i was looking to upgrade it with GTX 1060 is it a good option and can my CPU handle it?
