Sorry for being lazy but I have a i750 system and would like an upgrade but wanted opinion so I wouldn't choose wrong since i never researched about ram speed, motherboard capability, gpu speed, cpu speed, ssd speed.
Build is focused on programming node.js apps,photoshoping, some gaming (cs go, diablo, some new games like resident evil on 2017) value for money
i7 8700 its better for gaming although i would play occasionally(1-2 months total per year) but I would like to see some good frames (i want a 30-32 programming monitor NOT designing)
Also a thing that always dreamed abut is silence, if thats possible.
So suggestions for
System with i7 or ryzen with 16gb good ram, pcie ssd 400-500 gb, cooling system, motherboard and programming monitor 30-32(having editor and browser next to each other) and 1060 gtx?experience in oc is enabling turbo in i5 xD
