Gta 5 has been running pretty good on my Pc so far, Its running at a stable 60-90 FPS with all settings on high. Im using Direct X 10 instead of 11 and I believe that i dont have any MSAA turned on. V Sync is on but I set the monitor setting to 144 Hz since I have one. Although in some areas there is a noticeable stutter, most notably indoors, at the airport or in a dense area. The framerate on my meter shows no drop in frames and the game is still playable. This issue is pretty annoying and there doesnt seem to be any help anywhere else online.
