FPS drops for no reason!

Hi everyone..
I have a problem that FPS drops massively in some games like league of legends and battlefield one
Although I run them like on medium settings .!
My specs:
Xeon e3 1240v2
Ram 8 Gb 1333 DDR 3
Gtx 1060 3 Gb windforce oc edition
I have my driver updated and everything
Thermals never exceeds 60 both cpu and gpu

could be the RAM clock speed not keeping up. you can check your settings on teh virtual memory. just press winkey+s. type View Advanced system settings. enter. advanced tab. perfromance settings. advanced. virtual memory change. uncheck auto. select custom. copy the recommended value and set it as the initial. your maximum will be 2xrecommended. ok. restart.

see if this will remove the fps drops. you can also buy another RAM 8Gb 1333 DDR3. the dual channel mode will remove this problem more effectively.
