I’m planning on trying to overlock my i7 7700k to around 5 ghz and I’m really doubting that the hyper 212 evo I have now is going to be able to cool my CPU down enough. I heard that the Scythe fuma was really good, even a bit better than the Noctua nd-h15, and that it’s also a good price for its performance. Would the Scythe fuma be able to cool the CPU down enough though? If not, what will I need to cool the CPU down enough?

First, you should have a good PSU.
