I heard something about crossfire with a graphics card. I have no experience when it comes to building PC for I just started. My current build is:

AMD A10-9700 with RADEON R7 @3.50ghz (vcard 512mb)
4GB Single channel DDR4 Ram
Gigabyte A320m-DS2-Cf

What vcard could I buy?

no you cannot Crossfire video cards on your system, and the reason is simple your motherboard doesnt support it

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16) (The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
2 x PCI Express x1 slots (The PCI Express x1 slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard)

you need 2 PCIE x16/x8/x4 slots for crossfire.

What is Crossfire exactly? I've researched that it is using two Graphics card at the same time. Am I right? If so. Will I still be able to install a new graphics card and use that instead of the integrated one?

sorry crossfire and SLi are similar technologies associated with video card manufacturers\
Crossfire = AMD type cards
SLi = NVidia type cards

in your case neither will work

now you can use a graphic card into your system (one not two) to get better graphic performance
it will depends on the power supply you have attached to your system do you know the make and model of it ?
