Dropped Ryzen 7 CPU; now won't boot into Windows

So this is a really weird problem.

The PC specs are
Ryzen 7 1700x
GTX 1060 6gb
AsRock X370 Killer SLI
24gb RAM

The PC was working fine for about 4 weeks after I first built it, then last night I got a new liquid cooler and I decided to put it on. When I was cleaning out the thermal paste from the CPU I dropped it pins down and bent several of the pins.

Watching JayzTwoCent's video on how to fix bent CPU pins, I bent them back to mostly the same position and installed the CPU and cooler and thought nothing of it.

But after I attempted to boot into Windows, it just freezes on the loading circle thing, never to move. I thought it was just the graphics card having driver problems or something, so I took out the 1060 and put in an old 750ti I had and it still went into the same freeze.

I would like any ideas on how to troubleshoot this.

The problem with bent or damaged CPU pins is they can cause really weird issues just like what you're describing. The only other thing I'd suggest is to make sure you didn't knock loose any connections. I'd basically disconnect and reconnect everything to make sure everything is fully seated.

Something of note is that I am able to boot into the BIOS and it recognises my CPU, however the windowa still doesn't work. The pins look straight to me and I see no pins missing.
