Annoying PC beeping noise

You may have to turn up the volume to hear the beeping. My other PC does not make any beeping noises like this, so it can be quite annoying. How should I go about fixing this?
This noise used to be also noticeable when connected to my speakers, but has since faded.

That could be either PSU,HDD and probably least to die Fan. Thats not beeping noise, that could be either HDD scratching (random searching or whatever) and PSU capacitor.
First i would disconnect fans and boot (except CPU).
Then i would disconnect HDD's and boot.
And last but not least it may be PSU, i would disconnect it from wall and press and hold power button to discharge electricity and then try to boot.
