pc freezing and shutting down

my computer started freezing about a month after building it. at first my mouse wouldn't work and sound kept playing but i couldn't do anything. then it started shutting down after about 10 mins of start up.

asrock b350 pro4
ryzen 5 1600x
16gb ddr4
500w
amd rx 480
rx 480

The mouse and sound leans me toward the cpu cause it controls both. Have you checked temps and clocks as well as optimized defaults in bios? Is it a fresh windows?

my temps and clocks have been fine and i haven't tried anything with my bios

i did it from a flash drive and didnt delete all partitions
