Csgo lag on amd a4 5300

I have a desktop with amd a4 5300 and gtx 750ti. When im playing csgo on my pc, the game lagging almost 30-50 fps which make me feel weird, before i started to change graphic card from amd r7 240 to nvidia gtx750ti (msi).. the game running well on my r7 240 before using the gtx750ti , when im playing other games like paladin, nfs payback and tomb raider.. all of these game running smoothly without delay. Is this caused by the older cpu and motherboard or graphic card?

The a4 is just enough to run csgo. You are using an cpu that perfroms about as good as a mid range cpu from 2008. It's time to do a complete rebuild since you'll need a new motherboard, cpu and ram because there is no good cpu left on that platform.
