Best cpu that will fit to my Rx 460 2gb

I recently having a bottlenecking in my pc. Thats why i currently want to upgrade some parts of my pc.
SPECS:
Cpu: Amd 6600k
Ram: 4gb dd3r3 (i totally need to upgrade this to)
Psu: 700 watts
MOBA: F2A68HM-DS2

Ps: My budget is only 100$- 200$

I would get the Athlon II x4 860k. Thats about the best you can get. Keep in mind its not a huge upgrade.

That said you are better off saving up more for a whole new setup. That system is dead technology and theres no upgrade path beyond that. Throwing good money after bad by upgrading that CPU.
