MSI Z77A-G43 + i5 3570k Oc

Hello everyone, I am in need of an upgrade for my i5 3570k to oc. My current mobo doesnt support Oc'ing ( H61m Dgs R2.0 ) so I need a better motherboard, Ive seen a few so far but I am open to suggestions. I only have £130. I've seen the Msi Z77A-G43 on ebay for £115~ Is this a good option for overclocking? ( I am open to used products, ebay,amazon etc )
( And It must support the Gtx 1060 6gb )
Rest of Rig:
Gtx 1060 6gb
i5 3570k
Hyper 212 Evo
Cx 500 Psu
8gb ddr 3.

While reading someone's thread today, he/she has a link to buy Xeon from AliExress so I go head link it here so I atleast you can use as one option to get Xeon. You have a lot of Xeon option for socket 1155 to choose from the mobo.
