The build is good but a RX 580 would be better, not sure if you can find at 300$.
I have a golden Sample from Red Devil and it performs better than a 1060.

Automotive spray paint is always an option that I like to use.
Mask carefully with tape and you can make any device any color you want.
Take your time, preparation is 90% of the job and if you screw up you can paint over it again.

In that way you are free to chose the best components without making compromises just for the appearance.
