You can download and put on a Flash drive and move over to your PC that needs the driver (I use laptop to do this, but any Windows PC should do this).

Assuming your internet connection is good (was previously working) then I would double check that your LAN/Ethernet driver is installed and working. Then if that is good and your connection should be good, please let update us with the information.
