Help With Bottlenecking Perfornace with GTX 1050ti

I currently have an AMD FX6300 a Geforce GTX 1050ti and my performance seems to be so much worse then what I see people online with and I also have 8 gb of DDR3 ram which I'm upgrading in a few months is there a way to find out why my performance is so bad. I have all drivers for anything on my PC

It depends if the game is CPU reliant or GPU. Maybe even both. The 6300 has rather weak cores, it will hold you back in the majority of games. CPU usage at idle?

It happens with any game regardless my cpu not doing anything stands at 1.5ghz idle.....and this bottleneck also happened with my AMD FX 8320

Sorry for late reply I have an Asus motherboard I'm not sure on the specific kind brother gave It to me.And high perfornace is enabled....I had the Geforce GTX 690 b4 and it didn't do this much studdering at all
