I read about some problems with the ram CMK16GX4M2B3000C15. But the post were old. I'm trying to build a pc and in the store that are going to build it, they said to me that they are not having any issue with this build, that the ram is set to 2993 and it's fine.

I live in Argentina so I don't have a lot of options of ram for this mother, I went to the qvl list and I can't find any mother that they have with a ram in the qvl list.

And I read in the AMD page that the Maximum memory speed 2667MHz

The build will be:

MSE x370 gaming plus
ryzen 5 1600
ram ddr4 lpx corsair vengeance 3000 mhz 2x8 16 gb
ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070 GAMING 8GB DDR5
SSD 256GB INTEL SATA 3 2.5'
HDD 2TB TOSHIBA SATA3 3.5'
SENTEY MBP650-HS
SENTEY K20
WIFI TP-LINK 2 ANTENAS 300MBPS

What should i say to them? Is there any program that they could run to prove the stability or the frequency of the ram? What are the problems that I can have? There was any update in the bios and right now is all right?

Right now this link is not working properly https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X370-GAMING-PLUS#support-cpu, so maybe it will be an update.

Thank you in advance, and I'm sorry if I have a grammar error.

Do they have the RAM and they are installing it for you?
If so then it should be fine. I don't think computer companys will throw incompatible parts into a motherboard

They are correct. There shouldn't be any issues. CPU will not bottleneck with GPU when comes to higher titles. They should update BIOS for you, If not that can be easily be done

Motherboard supports DDR4 more than 3000Mz and even OC Ram. 16Gb ram should be enough. Yes i have built my own custom rig

I see this on one of the list names out of a few selections. This should be ok but you can also keep looking
