The CPU on my computer has been running at 99% due to Windows Process manager, file called cwnaoxm.exe. Access to the file is denied, and I can't find anything online. It is not constantly at 99%, however it goes up and down frequently. This makes it extremely difficult to get anything done due to my computer suddenly freezing or running slowly. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

There are no results for that executable on any Google search, and that's a BAD thing.

I'd highly recommend running a manual Malwarebytes or other malware scanner AND an Antivirus scan as well. If nothing comes up through either of those then I'd download something like TDSS killer or Roguekiller, second opinion malware scanners and run those to see if they pick up that file, or any other malware components.

Make sure you have virus and malware protection installed. Webroot for example is a virus and malware protection program
