Will a two fan card be compatible with my build?

Hi, I am upgrading my computer because recently my graphics card, which was an r7 370, died on me. I was doing some research, and I have decided on what I want which is the EVGA 1060 6gb card. The thing is when I am using PC part picker, the two fan card doesn't show up when I select a graphics card, only the single. But when I compare the measurements between my old card, which is here: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-R7-370-2GD5T-OC/dp/B00ZGF0TNM And the card I want to get, which is here: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-06G-P4-6267-KR/dp/B01LYN9KK6 they seem pretty similar. Is their another compatibility problem besides size? (Also I know my card is going to get bottlenecked by my cpu im just getting a better card now because I wasn't planning on upgrading til like next year but now that it broke I figured I would just get the one I was going to upgrade to now.)

Edit: Forgot to mention my case so here is my build on PC part picker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TnQ7D8

By the title of the thread, 2 GPU fans will be enough. I don't see any other issues so go ahead and purchase that card.
Using that card as a future upgrade is yes a good idea

That card will work fine. The reason it doesn't show in PCPP is because its not available from any of their linked sellers. But if you find it, it will work.
