Since 2014 im experiencing this trouble. I changed my motherboard for three times (not because of this problem tho) and it havent stoped so i presume that the trouble might be hidden in the CPU.
So the subject is that my PC doesn't boot with more than 2 sticks of RAM. I had P8Z77 V-LX by asus, MSI Z77 MPOWER & Asus P8Z77 V and none of them wanted to boot properly with more than 2 ram sticks (no matter the specifics of ram, i tried A LOT of ones). Just a memok light blinking and PC goes to infinite reboot. Reflashing / reseting bios and other obvious solutions doesnt help of cource.
My CPU is i5 3570K and it's kinda important for me to know like could it cause such a problem or it's something else.
P.S. all RAM sticks that i've tried are OK and they work perfectly on other PC's
Code:
P.P.S. i changed my first motherboard because it couldnt boot with more than 1 stick of ram but i didnt expect to face the same problem on other motherboards expect it is 2 sticks instead of 1...

differential troubleshooting;

Have you tried your ram in another system IDENTICAL to yours ? if not your troubleshooting is not complete regarding your ram.
taking at face value your change of motherboard and ram, and basic testing method used.

it is possible your cpu is fine and you simply have motherboard cpu socket bent pin.
gently remove your cpu and look into the socket.

if you wonder what bent pins look like, watch this video to give you an idea.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations carry no guarantee to be compatible together as does matching up identical part numbers and making combinations from that way of thinking.

You wrote, PC doesn't boot with more than 2 sticks of RAM. If you want to add extra memory by trial and error you may find problems finding compatible combinations.

The above shows a kit of four which are guaranteed to be compatible together.
