I will have my GTX1070ti soon, but my PSU is Aerocool vx550w, will it support my gtx1070ti. It only has 1 6 pins.

No. With $500, it's time to get a proper PSU in there, and given the cost of the GPU you're protecting, I'd be looking at an EVGA G2/G3, a Corsair RMx, or a SeaSonic better then the group-regulation S12/M12 series.
