Hissing like sound in earphones

So, I bought Steelseries Ufc earphones, and I hear some kind of hissing in the background while a sound is played. I tried on every device in my home (3-4 phones, 2 PCs, 2 Tablets and more) and i still hear it.
Should i try to return them?

your headphones make this sound every time a sound is played? no matter what you plug them into?

overly sensitive ear plugs or bad plug/jack shielding (the fat plastic part of the plug where the wires are soldered inside the plug) a possibility.

i would return them (if you can), get something else.
