I want to upgrade my graphic cards so which graphics card is suitable for me?
Motherboard - G41M combo
Processor - Intel duo core e7500 2.93ghz
V card - Nvidia gt220
Ram - 4gb
Power supply - 400 w

Solution

the 750 has a better chance of working on your old setup
Your strongest upgrade will be to a GTX1050ti.
All will run on pcie slot power with a few exceptions which are highly overclocked and need a 6 pin pcie aux power lead.

What is your budget for a new graphics card?
Are you willing to buy used?

I dont have a budget but i need the one that doesnt bottleneck my pc and is quite good

You have to be reasonable. What's the point of getting a 'quite good' videocard if your system as a whole isn't fast enough? A better way to do this is to say what games are you hoping to run, and at what resolution? You also have 4gb system ram, that will limit performance in some games as well.

The good news is you should be able to get good performance from a better card, that GT 220 is terrible. No 6 pin? Maybe an HD 7750 would be a good choice. In newer cards, a GT 730 DDR5.

not going to be possible with your dual core and only 4gb of ram

even with 8gb of ram, and a core 2 quad you could only expect ~20 - ~40 fps

~60 fps high settings 1080p you need at least a gtx 1050 ti with a i3 8100 or newer i5 with 8gb of ram
