Well I recently built my new pc. PartList: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QCKxD8. And only just recently my PC just started making this noise. I cant really pinpoint where the noise is coming from but I don't believe its anything to do with the PSU as it only happens when im tabbed in on games. Also when I change a setting in the game for a brief moment the sound stops whilst the game is changing the setting. It is always making the noise but very quietly whilst browsing and light tasks, but when I play games such as Counter Strike the noise becomes very violent and loud.
