My Computer has gotten worse over a single year

The first time I used the computer was on christmas day and worked fine with Virtual Reality that can handle it, but now after a single year, I cant run mostly anything without crashing. I would expect everything to run at a lower fps but NO it crashes. I now im not just losing it and its my computer. What seems to be the problem

I would make sure that your OS is nice and clean, maybe even reinstall it.

If the reinstall/cleaning of Windows helped and all is well, great.

If that didn't help, what is your computer build? (when you mention the PSU, please be specific on brand and model in addition to the advertised power rating.)

What about the power supply? Do you know what it is? (if it's a pre-built, or you forgot, you'll need to take the side panel off and look.) When you find out, please: Brand, Series Name, Model number, and Wattage.)

If it's a prebuilt, and under warranty... might want to talk to the manufacturer before opening the case.
if it's a prebuilt, and not under warranty, no issues opening the case.
if you or a buddy built it, no issues opening the case.
