So recently my pc was tipped over and both screens turned off but the pc stayed on i reset the pc. Everything came back fine but my pc started dropping out of the internet. I have a wireless adapter for internet and it fell as well I dont know of that could have been damaged. It seems I am only dropping out of my 5G internet but my none 5G is not as good. I am also having issues will in game I am havong little ping spikes causing the game to lag a bit.

Solution
Damage to something is quite possible. If tension was put on your lan cable, it could be a pin that is slightly bent or something not making good contact (could try just pusing on cables ends to see if they are all the way in the port). Does your wireless adapter have it's own IP address? If so you could try pinging it to see if you have lost packets or lag spikes. If not, you can try pinging your router/modem. If you see issues, then the problem is inside your home. If not, then it's possibly an ISP problem that coincidently started when your computer fell over (probably not, but that's why we test).

There is also the possibility that something is not damaged, but just loose.
