Two 4k monitors run on one 1080 ?

I have a Asus 1080 graphics card (one) and I want to run two lg 4 k pc monitors there shouldn't be any delay or anything with display port cables?

Oh yeah the graphics card can, but if you plan on gaming on both 4k monitors, expect way below 60fps (unless the games you play are old or you play at low settings).
