I have a decent PC but my games still don't run well.

I have a decent PC but my games (PUBG) still dont run that well.
I am only asking this because my friends that have worse specs than me get better frames and stability and I dont know why.
Is it my drivers? Is it my motherboard? Is something bottlenecking something? Should I get an SSD?

Specs:
GTX 770 2GB SC
AMD FX 8320E
ASRock 970 Extreme
EVGA 8gb Superclocked Ram

I have a 770 myself. The card lacks a lot of vram, therefor it may run smoothly for some time, and then abruptly drop frames do to running out of unused ram. The only solutions are to optimize your games for performance in GeForce Experience, or upgrade to a better card. Hope I helped!

as it stands your specs are not good at all, and barely are above minimum to run PUBG
