I could either buy a pc that has:
GTX 960
AMD FX6300
or keep my current pc:
GTX 770
AMD FX8320
but my problem is that my current pc is slower than normal. I have watched videos on my same exact setup playing the same exact game on the same exact graphic settings but they get a lot more fps than me. Ive been suspicious that it has something to do with my motherboard or HDD because I was debating on switching to an SSD
