So I just upgraded my desktop to the i7 8700k from i5 2500k today. I installed everything (hopefully correctly) I have an Asus ROG Maximus Hero X for the motherboard. Every time I turn on computer, it loads into the bios without me hitting DEL or F2. I've updated the bios to the current version no problem. I've changed boot priority so the SSD that has Windows 10 on it boots first. I have 4 drives total, 2 of them being SSD's and 2 of them being regular HDDs. It's not a huge issue, I can get to windows after saving and exiting. But it's very annoying. I've read that the CMOS battery could be dead, which I doubt since the motherboards new.

Also I'm still new to computer building so it might something very simple. Anyway I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks!

Solution
Disconnect other 3 storage drives, only connect the SSD with win10, and make sure it is connected into the 1st SATAIII port. Boot the PC to see what happens, because either that boot device is not connected to the 1st sata port or when you installed the win10, you had all the drives connected to the MB. In that case, some of files will go to othr drives so that it will cause the problem.
