I was needing help deciding what all my brother in law needs to have a budget VR ready Gaming PC. Price range cap I would say 600. Little more or less will be fine. I just do not keep up with all the new components and would be greatly appreciated in any and all help! Windows does not need to be included in price. Nor does a keyboard and mouse. And if it matters the VR that he would be using in the future would be Oculus Rift. Thank you!
