Alright guys so heres how the story goes, I was watching youtube vids about computer stuff as always and came across this https://youtu.be/VIXcJv5sXrU, in the video ponchato is able to overclock his ryzen 3 1200 to 4ghz on stock cooling at 1.275 volts, I decided to copy. Well when I entered bios I thought he set voltage to 1.75 (dont judge, first time builder) and that's where I put it at and now my pc won't post and it was on for a good 30-40 seconds before I turned it off, realizing what I had done.

Keep in mind -- assuming the CPU is OK -- that you don't overclock by simply seeing someone's settings that work and jumping right to those. You take it incrementally, one step at a time, carefully testing and avoiding cheap shortcuts. That's how you make sure you have a safe, stable overclock and don't fry your gear.
